ANPz30/UHV z-positioner made from Titanium
smallest linear nanopositioner for vertical motion
The 30-series positioner is the smallest vertical positioner offered by attocube. The ANPz30 provides high resolution z positioning with an outer diameter of 11 mm.
The positioner is designed for ultra-high vacuum with pressures down to 5 E-11 mbar (/UHV), all positioners can be baked out up to 150°C
.
A combination of beryllium copper and titanium is the material used for this cryogenic nanopositioner, as it is nonmagnetic, and reliable low temperature performance.
