ANGp101/UHV - goniometer for "phi" tilting
goniometer for Φ-positioning
The ANGp101 provides high resolution Φ - positioning for 2" diameter setups. Combined with the ANGt101, the ANGp101 forms the lower positioner of a powerful Euler Goniometer with a common center of rotation. The small footprint and titanium body make it particularly suited for compact setups and magnetically sensitive applications.
The positioner is designed for ultra-high vacuum with pressures down to 1 E-9 mbar (/UHV), all positioners can be baked out up to 150°C
.
Titanium is the material of choice for our cryogenic nanopositioners, as it is light, nonmagnetic, and has a coefficient of expansion matching the piezo and other elements of the drive for reliable low temperature performance.
