ANPz102/RES/LT/HV - linear z-nanopositioner

linear nanopositioner for vertical motion with ultra-low lateral runout

The ANPz102 provides high resolution z-naonpositioning for setups to fit 2" diameter setups. Specifically optimized to provide ultra low runouts perpendicular to the drive direction (typically < 1µm), it is ideally suited for SPM measurements where a region of the sample is approached repeatedly.
The positioner is designed for temperatures between 1K..373 K and pressures down to 1 E-8 mbar (/LT/HV).
Titanium is the material of choice for our cryogenic nanopositioners, as it is light, nonmagnetic, and has a coefficient of expansion matching the piezo and other elements of the drive for reliable low temperature performance.
