RF Cabling Solution for Cryogenic Microscopy
with performance up to 40 GHz
Engineered for perfect compatibility with attocube’s scanning probe and confocal microscopes, our RF solution delivers a modular, flexible approach tailored to your experimental needs. Semi-rigid coaxial cables terminate just above the microscope head, ensuring minimal thermal load and optimal RF performance. These are complemented by flexible cryogenic coax lines, enabling smooth positioner movement and easy routing to the experiment. For complete integration, our dedicated RF sample holder offers a capacity of 8xDC and 2xRF lines, creating a streamlined setup for high-frequency measurements up to 40 GHz.
To guarantee maximum transmission efficiency and optimal signal quality, the RF cabling solution has been designed for industry standard 50 Ω impedance matching.

Pumping Kit
for attoDRY1000/2100/2200
This pumping kit comprises all necessary vacuum parts to operate the attoDRY1000/2100/2200, and directly connects to the vacuum port of the cryostat. Included components and key features: turbomolecular pump incl. dry diaphragm backing pump (pumping speed for N2 35-67 l/s, ultimate pressure 10-7 mbar), full range pressure gauge, valve, overpressure valve, 1 m long stainless steel hose, needle valve and rubber bladder for dosing the exchange gas and all necessary KF fittings.

Pumping Kit
for vacuum tube
This pumping kit comprises all necessary parts to prepare any of the attoMICROSCOPES for cooldown. This is usually done by evacuating the vacuum tube incl. the microscope to a low pressure (e.g. 10-5 mbar or lower), and then adding about 0-50 mbar of helium exchange gas to the volume. This enables conveniently cooling and warming up of the microscope without condensation on neither the positioners/scanners nor on the sample. Included components and key features: turbomolecular pump incl. dry diaphragm backing pump (pumping speed for N2 35-67 l/s, ultimate pressure 10-7 mbar), full range pressure gauge, valve, overpressure valve, 1 m long stainless steel hose, needle valve and rubber bladder for dosing the exchange gas and all necessary KF fittings.
