Sensor Head D4/F17
Ø 4 mm, length 11.5 mm
With its small size, the D4/F17 sensor head is applicable to space-confined applications. Despite the focusing optics, the sensor head can be used for longer working ranges, e.g. 60 mm on mirrors. It is also compatible to low reflecitve targets, like glass or polished steel. The sensor head is glued on an environment suitable fiber (length: 2m), while the sensor kit packages for extreme environments (LT/HV, LT/UHV) include another fiber for connecting the feedthrough to the interferometer in ambient conditions.
