ANSxyz50/CuBe/ULT/HV xyz-Scanner made from CuBe
compact open loop xyz-scanner
The ANSxyz50 precision xyz scanner is designed to provide large scan areas with minimal spatial requirements. It is compatible with all ANP51-series positioners.
The positioner is designed for temperatures between mK..373 K and pressures down to 1 E-8 mbar.
For ultra low temperatures in the mK range, a body of beryllium copper is optimal for measurements that are sensitive to small magnetic fields, as titanium can superconduct and expel magentic flux to change the sample environment.
