standard range open loop xyz-scanner

The ANSxyz100std piezoelectric scanner enables high precision scanning while providing a large scan ranges in three dimensions, even at cryogenic temperatures.
The positioner is designed for temperatures between mK..373 K and pressures down to 1 E-8 mbar.
For ultra low temperatures in the mK range, a body of beryllium copper is optimal for measurements that are sensitive to small magnetic fields, as titanium can superconduct and expel magentic flux to change the sample environment.
