The sensor head M12/C1.6 is the perfect choice for long-range measurements on miniaturized retroreflectors and plane mirrors. It is capable to measure displacements of more than 1 meter, and thus it is the perfect choice for XY-stage position control or in applications with space constraints for the retroreflector.
The sensor head is designed for temperatures between mK..423 K and pressures down to 1 E-8 mbar. The sensor kit package includes two glass fibers. A LT/HV compatible glass fiber (length: 2m) connecting the sensor head to an optical feedthrough, and an ambient glass fiber (length: 5 m) connecting the feedthrough to the interferometer controller.
