- attoDRY1000 cryostat with 9T magnet: base T < 4K
- Free-beam optical access to the cavity
- High-load nanopositioner for focussing
- Room for integration of optical lenses
- Cylindrical high stability tube-in-tube design, with closed-loop XYZ nanopositioner set to align the sample and tune the cavity
- Closed-loop XY nanopositioner to position cavity in lens focal axis
