All of attocube‘s microscope modules are built into rigid Titanium housings with a well defined entry port for all different SPM sensor heads. Switching between CFM, AFM, MFM, SHPM and SNOM is now only a matter of minutes – just exchange the sledge with the respective sensor head. The housings feature two different diameter models: the standard 2 inch version for all attocube attoCRYO systems or a 1 inch setup which is designed for small bore cryostats such as the Quantum Design PPMS®.
