INTRODUCTION NANOSCOPY
:.........................................................................................
Our low temperature Scanning Probe Microscopes (SPM) are equiped with the outstanding attocube nanopositioning modules that are by now well-known in many labs around the world. The product range includes Confocal Microscopes (CFM), Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM), and Scanning Near-Field Optical Microscopes (SNOM) with operating environments ranging from standard temperature and pressure conditions to low temperature, high vacuum, and high magnetic fields.
Complete System Solutions: attocube systems offers complete SPM-Systems. We provide complete standardized systems including cryostat, superconducting magnet, microscope probes and control electronics. Additionally you can specify your cutting edge requirements; our instrument-design team will work hard to meet the challenge.
Typical Applications:
|
|
micro-photoluminescence and mirco-fluorescence
such as single quantum dot or molecule spectrocopy |
|
|
imaging of nanoscale structures such as MEMS and NEMS |
|
|
surface imaging and analysis in extreme environments |

Low
Temperature Scanning Probe Microscopy (LT-SPM)
|
The LT-microscopes
are cooled by a controlled exchange gas atmosphere inside
a low-evaporation liquid He bath cryostat. Optional, superconducting
magnets up to 15 T can be added to the system.
Alternatively, a variety of instruments can be used in combination
with innovative He-free, closed-cycle pulse-tube coolers.
Please ask our sales engineers for details on our complete
cryogenic microscope systems.
