attoUHVchamber
modular and compact concept providing highest flexibility
:.........................................................................................
attocube systems introduces its brand new, ultra compact UHV chamber
which is a major milestone on the way of combining optical and quantum
optical applications with attocube’s nanoscale solutions.
The design of the system is optimized for short pump down times
and enables therefore a fast sample exchange. Several blank flanges
offer the possibility of an easy integration of additional UHV
components such as a sample exchange system. attocube not
only provides a vibration isolation system for this miniaturized
UHV
chamber but also offers complete solutions such as a UHV compatible
confocal microscope (CFM) or a atomic force microscope (AFM)
fitting the UHV chamber.
For scientists who prefer their own customized solutions, attocube
systems‘ very compact positioning devices are ideal supplements
to this miniaturized UHV chamber and allow for nano-precise positioning
and measuring in restricted space under extreme environmental conditions.
