The modular and flexible SPM controller combines state of the art hardware with innovative software concepts to offer an unmatched variety of controlling many different scanning probe microscopy applications to the customer. All desirable functions and high-end specifications for controlling the experiment of your choice in AFM, CFM, SNOM,and STM are available. The flexible architecture allows the implementation of your particular requirements to the system.
